Due to the succes and demand of our first Pluck & Prepare session delivered in partnership with Angus Glens and Moorlands Group, we have decided to do another.
Sunday 25th January 2026 2pm - 4 pm at Inchmcoble Park.
Come and join us for a hands on field-to-fork experience - prepare, taste, take home local game meat.
Participants will learn where game comes from directly from a gamekeeper, learn how to de-breast and prepare it, watch a live butchery demonstration.
Guests are encourages to ask questions, try freshly cooked game meat, and take home prepared meat.
Gaining a full-circle understanding of sustainable, locally sourced food and responsible countryside management.
