In support of the UK's leading student mental health charity, Fiona Bain (Physio) and Ben Elertowicz are undertaking climbing Kilimanjaro in 2026. The goal of the charity is to transform the state of student mental health so that all in higher education can thrive. They support students to help develop the knowledge , confidence and skills to look after their own mental health. Student Minds also works collaboratively with institutions , student union's and other organisations in higher education to promote a whole university approach to mental health.
Fiona and Ben will be posting regular updates of their preperation for this challange (Ben say's it part of his pre-season ...) and will be holding a series of event to raise funds over the coming months.
